E-mail notifications about new private messages

We are aware that the forum software has not been sending out e-mail notifications when a forum member receives a new private message.

We made an adjustment to some settings and those e-mails should now be sent. When someone sends you a PM, you should get an e-mail at the address in your profile with the subject line "New private message has arrived".

If you visit the forum regularly as a logged-in user you might find those e-mails redundant. If you do NOT want to receive the e-mail notifications:
Go to User Control Panel.
Click on Board Preferences.
Switch Notify Me On New Private Messages from Yes to No.
Click Submit.

eric--I wasn't aware there was a problem. I currently have msn and have always recieved an e-mail there when I had a PM. But thanks for all your work.
